Casters Alley is located in Glimmerbrook's Magic Realm. To get there, players will first have to visit Glimmerbrook, the world included in the Realm of Magic expansion pack, and then find the secret portal to this world.

The Magic Realm portal is closest to the empty lot on the western side of Glimmerbrook. Players can travel there and then simply walk downstream on the path near the river. Once they see the bright-colored portal, they have to interact with it and select "Travel to The Magic Realm".

The player's Sim will arrive near the large house, known as Magic HQ, and they can walk down the path to find another portal. They must interact with this portal in order to be taken to Casters Alley, which is a floating island in The Sims 4 Magic Realm.
