Although it may look small and cramped, the Premier Refuge 669 (10k) is a spacious build that contains the necessary utilities to survive. The creator, OldDarkdan, uses a variety of Tiles inside the house to create new forms inside the house. The kitchen, dining room, and living room are all found in an open space area, while the bedroom and bathroom are in separate rooms.
As for the outside, the landscaping takes a good portion of the 20x15 Lot so that players can enjoy the scenery and fresh air. Besides the warp-around porch outside, it’s possible to sit under the shade of the umbrella using the round table across the front door. The Premier Refuge 669 (10k) costs $9,991 Simoleons on the Gallery.
5 Forty Winks 10k - $9,986
Although the build on the inside is pretty basic and possesses the necessary items to function properly, the outside is built with modern vibes that will certainly please various Simmers. If players prefer the outside more than the inside, then the Forty Winks 10k is a perfect build.
The house is made by Hugglemonsta for $9,986. Considering most Households start with $20,000 Simoleons funds, sometimes more if the family is large, the Forty Winks 10k is a perfect starter home for a small family.
4 Starter Base Game House - $9,500
The Starter Base Game House by hajaazi costs $9,500 Simoleons and contains one bedroom and one bathroom. The two-story build is very cozy, and the Sims will have to live in a very tight space.
The first floor has a small bathroom, living room, and kitchen. As for the second floor, a small bedroom with a double bed can be found. The Gardening Skill in The Sims 4 can be easily leveled up in this build thanks to the pots found outside the house. While it is possible to live as a married couple in this house, it will be extremely difficult to have children due to the tight space.
3 First House-Family - $8,986
If players decide to create a big family in CAS (Create A Sim), then the First House-Family by personality_geek will surely help. It’s possible to find an open room merging the kitchen, living room, and dining room. Additionally, the bathroom is very spacious and can help parents train their Toddlers to potty. As for the rooms, one is the master bedroom with a double bed while the second is a kids or teens' bedroom which contains two single beds.
The house itself cost $8,986 and can only be placed on a 30x20 Lot or larger in The Sims 4. Besides the amazing interior, there’s also an outside patio where the Sims can plant crops or eat outside for a change of scenery.

This small $5,534 Simoleons build requires a 20x15 Lot and is split into two rooms. One possesses both the bedroom and the kitchen, whereas the other is obviously the bathroom. As for where to eat, it’s possible to sit on the bed or on the floor.
