The Walking Dead: Destinies is divided into episodes, and most of them are difficult decisions that players must deal with in order to continue creating their own story. To start an episode, players must choose an expedition that they'd like to go on. While completing the main quest mission, players will have to handle a situation with the expedition that they've chosen, and they will be rewarded or punished depending on the outcome.

Here is how players can get their health back up in The Walking Dead: Destinies.

This guide will tell fans everything they need to know about expeditions in The Walking Dead: Destinies and explain how they are related to the main story.

How to Start an Expedition

Players can start an expedition in The Walking Dead: Destinies by interacting with the Mission Table in their current HQ. This won't work if they have an unsolved conflict amongst their group, so they need to make sure that they've spoken to the survivors in the group first.

Before starting a main mission, gamers will have to choose an expedition. Each expedition is led by a certain character, and they have different outcomes.

There are usually a couple of expeditions to choose from. However, it is possible that there will be no expeditions at all, and they'll simply have to go ahead with the main mission, but this is a rare occurrence.

Gamers can choose which expedition they'd like to follow through with depending on its description and outcome. For example, they might want to focus on finding Sophia by sending out Daryl or Carol or they might want to go look for medical supplies for Lori. Alternatively, they can also make a decision based on how many Skill Points they'll gain or lose if they succeed or fail.

How to Avoid Failure

If the player has chosen an expedition before starting a main mission, they'll get a call from the character they sent out during the episode. They will have to make a decision that will determine the expedition's success or failure. The best way to avoid failing expeditions in The Walking Dead: Destinies is to analyze the situation at hand before deciding which choice would be safer.

If a character finds another group of survivors, it's usually best to get them to help out, unless there's an indicator that raises suspicion. If a character is surrounded by walkers, the right decision is almost always to tell them to step back and return to HQ or to send back up. However, it's also important to take into consideration who was sent on the expedition; Daryl tends to be able to manage on his own, while Season 1 and Season 2 Carol still couldn't handle too many walkers by herself.

Besides allowing players to quickly earn more Skill Points in The Walking Dead: Destinies, expeditions are also a great way to learn more about some of the situations that the group has had to deal with. For example, if players save Marle, Glenn can return to where T-Dog was abandoned and gather some information on what happened to him.
