How To Get Rid Of The Rude Dudes In The San Francisco Level
The Rude Dudes can be found near the main pier of the San Francisco level, standing on floating boxes and causing a nuisance for the people fishing on the docks. If you just jump off the pier into them, the game will tell you to "take the high ground."
You may be wondering what "take the high ground!" Means in relation to the Get Rid of the Rude Dudes pro goal. This THPS 3+4 secret message is hinting that players must look above the rude dudes for a wire you can grind – but first, you need to find Bird Seed.
First, Get Some Bird Seed By Scaring Away Birds
From the entrance to the main pier, skate forward until you see the bowl surrounded by glass panels on the right, just before the end of the dock. You should see a woman in here with a small bag at her feet. Enter the bowl, then grind around all four rails atop the half pipes surrounding you to scare away the birds. When you scare away all of the birds, you will be able to pick up the Bird Seed.
How To Save Painter Neal In Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3+4
Referencing a mission in the original THPS 4, to Save Painter Neal, Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3+4 players must grind and wallplant off an object nearby.
From The Top Level Of The Pier, Grind The Wire Above The Rude Dudes
After collecting the Bird Seed, THPS 3+4 players should skate back to the entrance to the pier, turn to face the pier, then take the first left-side ramp up to the top level. Skate toward the building and you should see the Rude Dudes to the left. Look ahead and you will see a wire that stretches across the gap above the Rude Dudes.
To complete the Get Rid of the Rude Dudes pro goal, THPS 3+4 players must grind this rail with the Bird Seed in hand. Back up from the building, build up some speed, then use a Boneless trick to reach the wire (or Wallride, then jump onto the wire, though this requires a bit of good timing).
If you are successful, you will grind the gap, spread the birdseed on the Rude Dudes, then watch a hilarious cutscene of the frat bros being attacked by a flock of seagulls.
