Crusader Stats for PvE in Throne and Liberty

Crusaders are tanks in Throne and Liberty. This means the most important stat for a crusader will be Strength, as it will increase the user’s maximum HP and their defense. However, once a character has 20 points invested in any single stat, it will cost more points than before to increase a stat further. This means players shoul d spread out their stat points to create the optimal build.

Each stat offers its own set of benefits. Wisdom helps with mana sustainability, and Perception extends Buff Duration. However, the most beneficial stat for the Crusader after Strength is Dexterity, which will help them ramp up their damage output to make clearing dungeons far faster. Be mindful that players will gain bonuses when their stats hit certain amounts, starting at 30.

Here are some key pointers to keep in mind when investing stats in your Crusader build:

Do not invest more than 20 points in a single stat.

The Skills for playing a Crusader will vary depending on the goal at hand. Players will want a different loadout compared to one they might choose when playing PvP in Throne and Liberty. You will also want specializations that will make you more powerful when used in the right order. Use DaVinci’s Courage before engaging enemies, be it a mob or a boss. This Skill has a moderate cooldown, and you will want a lot of uptime from it. DaVinci’s Courage is an ideal Skill to lead the charge with allies and is one of the best Skills available for the Greatsword. Follow this up with the following Skills: Shield Strike, Blood Devotion, Provoking Roar, Willbreaker, Gaia Crash, Guillotine Blade, Shield Strike (again), and finally, Valiant Brawl. Many players agree that this bread-and-butter combo is the perfect way to rush into any fight.

Save your Immortal Pride and Stalwart Bastian for when things go south, and you need to ramp up your survivability. You are a tank and can outlast almost anything, and when these two Skills go online, Crusaders can overwhelm foes that other classes would normally fall to.
