But first, players need to know where to direct their attention: The Raging Wilds, where the NPC that has the quest awaits your help to complete her "magic research."

Where To Start Hero Of The Catapult Quest In Throne And Liberty

The players need to travel to The Raging Wilds and find the Dispatched Wizard in the northernmost part of the region, near the Golem Control Tower. Next, they should talk to her and offer a "helping hand" to retrieve a special ingredient that is secured on a floating island in the middle of the region. But, to access said floating Island, players will need to use unconventional methods: enter the catapult in the story, which is next to the NPC.

Players should be able to complete this quest with the help of other players who are also trying to complete it. If they cooperate, that is. Try to engage in conversation and ask for help from the surrounding players. While one activates the mechanism, the other will do the "flight" part of the quest, then, switch with that person and help them complete the quest for themselves.

So, now comes the hard part: how to activate the catapult. Players should do the following:

  1. Observe the ledge over the platform and look for a Grapple Hook interaction.
  2. Climb the ledge and look for a switch.
  3. Activating the switch will make the catapult fire after 2.5 seconds, which is not nearly enough for a player to put themselves into position.
  4. The player needs to be "inside the basket" of the catapult; otherwise, the action will fail, and the player will fall to the ground.
  5. Once they manage to be lifted in the air, they need to activate Glide Morph and aim for the floating island.
  6. Retrieve the rare plant and deliver it back to the NPC.

And there you have it. With that, the quest should be complete, and players should return to the Codex Exploration menu. Select The Raging Wilds tab to choose one of the following rewards:
