One of the newest features of Throne and Liberty is the inclusion of Life Skills. This includes players being able to get a rod and go fishing, as well as use their caught fish to cook up some recipes. However, a key ingredient for cooking in both the game and in real life is Salt.
Players may find themselves lacking enough of this key ingredient and be on the lookout for how they can acquire more. Luckily, there are several solutions to this.
Throne and Liberty: How to Level Up Fast
Getting to max level early in Thrones and Liberty means getting to partake in the engaging and thrilling endgame content.
How To Get Salt In Throne And Liberty
Defeating monsters near the sea to receive Salt as a potential drop item is the best way players can get this resource directly. However, players can also acquire a hefty amount of Salt without needing to actively do anything themselves. This is thanks to the Amitoi House and one of the key features it provides for players. Players can visit the Amitoi House to send their Amitoi off on Expeditions. When they do so, they will return after a pre-established time with plenty of goodies for the player — with one being Salt.
Players will see there are many locked options on the Expedition map, so it might take some time to unlock the areas they need. Players will need to keep sending Amitoi off on Expeditions until they have unlocked the necessary areas that offer Salt. The earliest areas that will offer Salt are Windhill Shores and Urstella Fields, both of which are located in Laslan.
The most efficient way to get the most Salt will be to send Amitoi that match these locations on Expeditions, and then fast traveling to Windhill Shores yourself. This will let you farm Salt with a combination of killing monsters while your Amitoi are off on their Expeditions for the highest yield of Salt per hour.
Farming Salt by killing monsters while your Amitoi are off on an Expedition is a great way to ensure you have enough Salt early on. However, after a single hour of this, you should not have any trouble sending an Amitoi to each of these locations while you progress through the game’s Adventure Codex quests.
Throne and Liberty: How to Use and Get Ornate Coins
Ornate Coins are used to get some stylish esthetic items, but they can also be used to upgrade gear and skills.
How To Use Salt In Throne And Liberty
Players will use Salt as an ingredient in Cooking. This can be done at any of the game’s many designated cooking locations — several of which can be found in the town of Kastleton. Simply look to the minimap for a small fire surrounded by an archway.
Head on over, and you will be able to interact with one of these Cooking Ovens. This will open up the Cooking menu that will list all the various recipes you can cook. Different recipes will require different ingredients, each offering different bonuses in return. Players should gather whatever resources they pass by for whenever the need arises that they may need to make use of them.
