Standard Edition Content
Coming to PS5 consoles on January 19, 2024, the Standard Edition of The Last of Us Part 2 Remastered includes three new modes (No Return, Speedrun, and Guitar Free Play), as well as graphics enhancements and 4K support. This version will also boast three new missions (Lost Levels) on top of new skins.
- Lost Levels: A series of unreleased missions are included in the remastered TLOU 2. These levels are in the pre-development stage and will serve as BTS content.
- No Return Mode: The Standard Edition has a Roguelike Survival expansion that lets players fight waves of zombies in time-limited missions.
- Guitar Free Play: A new mode will give players full autonomy over playing TLOU’s fan-favorite guitars and other instruments.
- Speedrun Mode: The Last of Us Part 1’s feature, Speedrun leaderboards, is also included in the second part’s remaster.
- Skins: A new feature grants players new skins for Ellie and Abby (and their respective weapons).
- Director’s Commentary. The game has never-heard-before comments from the director Neil Druckmann, narrative lead Halley Gross, and actors Troy Baker, Ashley Johnson, and Laura Bailey.
Collector’s W.L.F. Edition Content
A limited-edition physical bundle of the Last of Us Part 2 Remastered will be available at select stores in the USA, UK, Germany, France, Benelux, Italy, Spain, Portugal, and Austria. This Collector’s Edition contains WLF-themed items such as pins, patches, and trading cards.
- A SteelBook case (without the disc)
- Four enamel pins.
- Washington Liberation Patch.
- 47 Society of Champions cards, including eight limited-edition holographic versions.
