July has been quite a great month for the Black Clover series. Fans have been getting one exciting announcement after another, and what makes it even more special is that all this dropped completely out of the blue. After being in the dark about the fate of the series for quite some time, Black Clover fans now have an exciting future ahead. However, amidst all this good news, fans also have some bad news to digest concerning the Black Clover anime.
Black Clover Is Coming Back, And This Is Great News For The Boruto Anime
Boruto fans are getting their hopes up with the Black Clover anime return.
Black Clover Season 2 is Coming Soon
The Anime Will Be Released Sometime In 2026
Black Clover was one of the most beloved shonen anime at one point, but then, the series went on hiatus. This break started in 2021, and until recently, fans of the series had no idea when this beloved anime would be back.
Luckily for fans, however, an anime announcement was made not too long ago, and it confirmed the return of Black Clover — something fans are very excited about. While an exact return date isn’t confirmed, Black Clover will be back sometime in 2026, which is quite soon.
The manga for Black Clover is also returning soon, which is even more exciting for the fans.
Kankaku Piero Have Disbanded
This Band Was Behind Black Clover’s Openings
While the anime returning is very exciting news, some bad news has recently come out concerning Black Clover.
Kankaku Piero, one band that has repeatedly produced opening songs for Black Clover, has disbanded. This band has produced some of the most popular openings, so that’s definitely unfortunate. Kankaku Piero have worked on two openings, and they are Haruka Mirai and Rakugaki Page.
Who Will Make Black Clover’s Openings Now?
No Information On This Matter Right Now
Even if Kankaku Piero hadn’t disbanded, it didn't mean they would’ve made the next Black Clover opening. Although that would’ve definitely been great, and would certainly have been a nice throwback, since they made the very first Black Clover opening, it needn't be them.
Black Clover Author Yuki Tabata Drops A Major Update Ahead Of Anime Return
The Black Clover anime is returning, and the creator, Tabata, dropped a message for fans.
At the moment, nobody knows who the performers of the next Black Clover opening will be. It could be an artist or group that has already worked with this anime, or someone completely new.
Where To Watch and Read Black Clover?
Available on Crunchyroll and Manga Plus
The Black Clover series, despite its long hiatus, still has many episodes out for the series. Right now, the anime has 170 episodes for fans to catch up on or to rewatch while awaiting the continuation of the anime. All these episodes can be found and streamed on Crunchyroll, the biggest anime platform in the world. Season 2 will also be available on Crunchyroll once it is released eventually.
