Unlock Characters Like Michelangelo and Iconic Skaters Like Bam Margera

Despite having an incredibly varied roster of skaters, there are actually more players that can be unlocked. Not only is Doom Guy available to those who have the Deluxe Edition, but there are additional secret skaters that can be acquired simply by entering the Secret Shop and spending Cash. Players can get iconic characters like TMNT's Michelangelo, designed after 2023's Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem movie. It doesn't just end with Mickey, as players can get the iconic skater and Jackass legend, Bam Margera, also through the Secret Shop.

If players head to the College map found in the THPS4 skate tour levels, they will see some familiar advertisements that might be delicious, or might not be, depending on each player's own taste. Regardless of what players think of Taco Bell, the fast food chain is on campus and clear as day, but the sight of this eatery isn't what will grab players attention, but instead, the iconic chime from the Taco Bell's bell which occurs every time players grind on the rail of the fast food restaurant.

4 The Ninja Turtle Sewer

Head Into the Secret Sewer of the TMNT

The Movie Studio track found in the THPS4 levels has its own unique secret, even if it is a small one. On the map, players can find a sewer grate on the floor, and every few seconds, it will open and reveal a pool of green ooze. Curious players can interact with the sewer grate, where they will be teleported inside the sewer itself, taking them to the iconic home of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. While this is a relatively small set, it's still a fun easter egg that will be recognized by fans of the TMNT.

3 Jack Black as Officer Dick

A Returning Officer with a Familiar Face

Jack Black is an icon who needs no introduction. From hit movies across decades, and recent successes as Steve from A Minecraft Movie, Jack Black has shown time and again that he has staying power, even in Tony Hawk games. Jack Black featured in a cameo as Officer Dick in Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1+2, and he's returned yet again for Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3+4. Players can find Officer Dick in a variety of maps, but that's not all. Players can actually unlock Officer Dick in Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3+4 by finding all the stuffed pandas in every map, allowing them to play as Jack Black.

2 SpongeBob's Bikini Bottom

Visit the Pineapple Under the Sea

Head to the THPS3 map, Skater Island, where players can visit a familiar pineapple under the sea. From the Skater Island's spawn area, head left out to the beachfront and take to the front of the ship, where, if players grind on the bowfront and get enough speed, they can leap into the ocean by a rubber ring to be teleported down to Bikini Bottom. It's only a small area, so players aren't going to be visiting the Krusty Krab and familiar sea creatures, but they're still going to be able to see them in the distance to say that they themselves have seen Bikini Bottom in the watery flesh.

Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3+4 celebrates the retro by allowing for old school mods and cheats. While most modern games do not feature cheat codes, Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3+4 doesn't shy away from them. Players can head into the Options to select Game Modes, where they can add assistance mods that will help them have an easier time. While these mods do disable certain modes and challenges, players can still have fun with cheats that allow for a perfect balance on grinds and manuals, along with double score, faster game speed, and the ability to become immune to bails.
