- Iron Galaxy is developing Pro Skater 3 + 4, set to release on July 11.
- More songs are expected to be revealed leading up to the release of Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 + 4.
A portion of the Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 + 4 soundtrack has been unveiled by Activision a week after the game's reveal. Earlier this month, fans of skating games rejoiced over the long-hoped-for announcement of Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 + 4, a bundle remake of both early-2000s skating classics.
Activision's folding of Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 1 + 2 developer Vicarious Visions into Blizzard in 2022 caused a lot of doubt among skating game fans that Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 + 4 would ever see the light of day. Thankfully, after weeks of clever teases, it's been revealed that Pro Skater 3 + 4 is indeed in the works at Iron Galaxy and, better yet, is ready to release on July 11. The announcement came by way of a reveal trailer which showcased many of the game's various locations and confirmed a crossover with Bethesda's Doom FPS franchise for fans who pre-order the digital deluxe or collector's editions.
Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 + 4 Has a Major Omission
The upcoming Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 + 4 confirms a major omission that will likely upset longtime fans of the franchise.
Now, just over a week since the official Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 + 4 reveal, Activision has created a playlist on Spotify that will be updated with the game's soundtrack songs over the weeks and months leading up to the game's release. There are currently 20 tracks that sit on the Spotify playlist, some included in the original games and others that are brand new by newer artists. Jeff Rosenstock, Denzel Curry, Turnstile, and Run the Jewels are some of the newer acts set to join Pro Skater 3 + 4's soundtrack, while beloved tracks like Motorhead's " Ace of Spades" and Adolescents' "Amoeba" will make their return.
Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 + 4 Soundtrack Songs Confirmed So Far
- "Ace of Spades" by Motörhead
- "Them Bones" by Alice in Chains
- "Ultimate" by Denzel Curry
- "Damaged Goods" by Gang of Four
- "96 Quite Bitter Beings" by CKY
- "Yankee and the Brave (Ep. 4)" by Run the Jewels
- "King of the Beach" by Wavves
- "Real Thing" by Turnstile
- "Not the Same" by Bodyjar
- "New Wage Slavery" by End It

It will be interesting to see whether all the music from the original soundtracks of both games will make it into Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 + 4. The original games featured 20 and 35 tracks respectively, but considering this is a bundle remake, the soundtrack will almost certainly be much larger. For reference, 2020's Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 1 + 2 featured nearly 60 tracks, only 22 of which were from the original games. With that in mind, fans shouldn't get their hopes up about every original track making the jump, though some key classics like AC/DC's "TNT" and N.W.A.'s "Express Yourself" almost seem guaranteed to appear in Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 + 4.
In June, Iron Galaxy is holding a Foundry Demo for Activision's Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 + 4, which fans can gain access to by pre-ordering any edition of the game. The demo is set to include two skaters, two parks, and a small slice of the game's soundtrack, but the precise date of the demo is yet to be confirmed by Activision. Fans should keep their eyes glued to the Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 + 4 Spotify playlist as more new and old punk and hip-hop songs are added in the lead-up to the game's hotly anticipated release on July 11.
