In the vast land of Hyrule featured in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, stables serve as vital sanctuaries for Link and his faithful horses. Stables provide both Link and his horses a place to rest, and Link can house, retrieve, and even personalize his trusty steeds at any of the game's numerous stables.

Among these, there are also a few Mini-Stables scattered throughout the land, which lack some amenities but are nonetheless invaluable for Link’s horse-related needs. Here’s where players can locate the Mini-Stable near Gerudo Canyon in Tears of the Kingdom.

Where to Find Gerudo Canyon's Mini-Stable

The treacherous conditions of the Gerudo Desert make it impractical to traverse with a horse, instead favoring traveling atop the native Sand Seal. This forces players to seek suitable boarding options for their faithful companions. Unfortunately, the Gerudo Canyon Stable is no longer open to travelers. Luckily, there is a nearby Mini-Stable that grants access to some of the services offered by a regular stable.

To locate the Mini-Stable near Gerudo Canyon, players should head towards the Digdogg Suspension Bridge, situated north of Gerudo Canyon Pass. The Mini-Stable is located at coordinates (-1692, -1660, 0020). It is positioned on the smaller northernmost island connecting the bridge's center and is managed by a man named Pirou. Pirou recommends that Link visit the Outskirt Stable located to the northeast if he is in need of full stable services.

Unlike Tears of the Kingdom’s larger, proper stables, the Mini-Stable features only a small barn in which horses can rest. While lacking sleeping accommodations, the Mini-Stable does allow Link to register, board, and take out horses, and he will earn a Pony Point for checking in. However, to redeem any rewards associated with Pony Points, he must visit a regular stable.

The most efficient route to reach the Gerudo Mini-Stable involves fast traveling to the Gerudo Canyon Skyview Tower. Positioned almost equidistant between this tower and the Hyrule Field Skyview Tower, players can choose either tower as a launch point and glide to the Mini-Stable. The positioning between both towers can be especially helpful to players who haven't yet unlocked the Gerudo Canyon Skyview Tower.

Despite the closure of the Gerudo Canyon Stable, players are encouraged to visit the location to embark on and complete the quest named “Piaffe, Packed Away.” Additionally, the Gerudo Canyon Stable features its own well, offering opportunities for further exploration and potential discoveries. Players can reach the Gerudo Canyon Stable at the coordinates (-2794, -2239, 0029), right at the entrance to the Gerudo Desert.
