Optimus would return to his Generation 1 height for Transformers: Rise of the Beasts. However, Optimus Prime would see two massive spikes to his height in other films. Neither of these spikes holds a candle to his largest form across all mediums.
It is worth noting that this was not his preliminary height. His height, along with Bumblebee, Ratchet, and Jazz were each slightly taller. Optimus Prime’s preliminary height was to be 32 feet.

It is worth noting that there exists a Combiner form known as Omega Prime. This form may be substantially larger than the previously listed forms of Optimus Prime, but it is controlled by both Optimus Prime and Ultra Magnus equally. This form was created so that Ultra Magnus could steal the Matrix of Leadership from Optimus. There have also been Combiner forms that reach up to 100 feet, but like with Omega Prime, these Combiner forms are not exclusively controlled by Optimus Prime compared to the form seen in this film.

Optimus Prime also maintains full control over this form. Optimus stands at his highest officially recorded height of 75 meters, which can be converted to 246 feet tall. This makes him tower over many of the franchise's numerous Combiners.
