Turtle Beach has revealed five new controllers for the Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and PC, including four stunning colorways of the Rematch Advanced Wired Controller, as well as the Afterglow Ignite Wired Controller. These gorgeous peripherals are available right now for $40 and $50, respectively, directly from Turtle Beach or from select retailers.
Though there is no shortage of gaming peripheral producers on the market right now, few have achieved such critical acclaim as Turtle Beach. Originally founded 50 years ago as a sound card manufacturing corporation called Octave Electronics, Turtle Beach broke into the headset market in 2005, later branching out into other types of gaming accessories, including controllers for Xbox.

Turtle Beach Rematch and Afterglow Ignite Xbox Controllers
Now, Turtle Beach has debuted five new controllers for players looking for an upgrade. Four of these Xbox controllers are alternative colorways of the Rematch Advanced Wired Controller, sporting 2-stop true Hall effect hair triggers, which allow for faster reaction times, two mappable quick-action back buttons, rumble motors, volume control, and most other features found on standard Xbox controllers. Four different glow-in-the-dark designs are available: Cotton Candy, Blue Kitsune, Kyoto Bloom, and Dark Cosmos.
Last but certainly not least, the Turtle Beach Afterglow Ignite Wired Controller features seven RGB lighting zones, four dynamic effects, and more, allowing fans to customize the color of the mechanical, time machine-inspired accessory to fit their favorite color scheme. Beyond these gorgeous aesthetic options, the Afterglow Ignite has all the same features as the Rematch Advanced Wired Controller.
All five of these new controllers are licensed by Xbox, and are compatible for Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and PCs running Windows 10 and 11. Interested gamers can pick up the four Rematch Advanced colorways for $40 each, and the Afterglow Ignite for $50, from Turtle Beach directly or from participating retailers.
It is important to note that all of these controllers are wired. Fans looking for a wireless controller can check out any number of Turtle Beach’s other options, or can head to the Xbox Design Lab. Brand-new Xbox controller designs inspired by The Outer Worlds 2 have been added to the customizable interface, letting players prep for the upcoming Obsidian RPG in style. However, the standard wireless Xbox controllers start at $95 and the Elite at $185, and that is before accounting for additional customizations, which can increase the price even further. Fans looking for a more affordable option might want to consider Turtle Beach, as the officially licensed products are a fair bit cheaper than buying directly from Xbox.
