Where To Find Two-Headed Turtle Talisman Location
To get the Two-Headed Turtle Talisman in Shadow of the Erdtree, you must head south from Castle Front and follow the road down to the Ellac River Cave site of grace. From there, start going north and ignore all enemies in the area.
You will come across a waterfall at the end of the path, with a small entrance to its left to the Rivermouth Cave site of grace. Go through the waterfall east of the cave to reach a hidden room containing the Two-Headed Turtle Talisman. Either kill or ignore the four tentacle enemies guarding the Talisman and grab the new talisman from the corpse on the boulder at the end of the cave.
