Two Point Campus is the next business simulator to be developed by Two Point Studios, following from its greatly successful Two Point Hospital, which is fondly known for its addictive gameplay and interesting characters. In Two Point Campus, players are tasked with building up and maintaining their own college campus, preparing the students for their hopeful futures.
However, it isn't just about building a successful campus, as plenty of peculiar and hilarious things are bound to happen through every in-game year at the campus. These are some of the funniest moments that have happened in Two Point Campus.
10 Forming Friendships
Unlike its predecessor, Two Point Campus introduced the fascinating feature of traits for all the entertaining students and staff that work and study around the player's campus. With these traits, students are able to form friendships and even relationships with one another, highlighting the importance of bonds while at college.
It is not only exciting and heart-warming to see these students get along so well but also very funny to watch how they interact with one another across the campus. Getting involved in activities together or establishing their own friend groups.
9 Party At The Campus
If there is one thing college students know how to do, it's partying, and partying is a crucial way to keep students happy. There are countless events available for the player to schedule, one of which being the Student Union party, though there are other funny events and competitions that players will eventually unlock too.
All a player then has to do is schedule the event and rush to the room it is set in. For the party, this means that the lights are dimmed low in the Student Union as suddenly there are strobe lights while the students learn to get loose while they chill out from a busy year of learning.
8 Getting In With The Goth Crowd
Traits don't just help form relationships but also define the student's personality and style. With so many unique types of student, it is hard to choose which ones out of all of them are the most entertaining to watch work; however, the Goth students are by far the best available.
They can be easily spotted by their dark hair and usually pale skin, gloomily pacing the halls of the campus before arriving at their lesson. Minus their appearance, they can also have their own clubs and gatherings, which allow the player to celebrate the aesthetic of a Goth.
7 Oversharing Staff References
It isn’t just the students that are incredibly entertaining in Two Point Campus, as the staff deserve some attention also. Deciding the best staff is important, and this can be determined in many ways, such as a decent price or good additional traits that can help in their workplace.
Reading through the staff member's references can also help the player decide if they are right for the job; typically, one bullet point of this is actual information, while others are just silly comments that make the player laugh.
6 Becoming A Class Clown, Literally
Any gamers that have enjoyed playing Two Point Hospital will remember the Clown Clinic, a room designated to aiding clowns that have lost their funny streak. Well in Two Point Campus, these cheerful clowns return once more.
These students walk around with red noses and big puffy Afros, treating life like one big circus. They even have their own circus-themed course to help them prepare for their lives as clowns, though they are also able to take other classes. It’s incredibly entertaining to watch these students walk around, especially when a couple of them will group together as if they are a tiny clown performance.
5 Cheeseball Match, Anyone?
Being able to take some of the more active courses outside is something many players won't regret, especially when they get to witness the sporting phenomenon Cheeseball. Besides its humorous name, this sporting event keeps to a theme as all players wear costumes that make them look like mice while throwing around a disc that mimics a wheel of cheese.
Watching the students taunt each other in these silly outfits makes Cheeseball even better. Players should still remember that they do need to pay attention to the other happenings on their campus, though, as it's easy to get sucked into watching a match.
4 Sharing Beds In Dorms
Learning can be difficult and tiring. Students will need a place that they can go to rest up from a hard day of lessons and college club activities. Building a dorm doesn't require much, as long as there is at least a single bed for the students to use.
However, this can be very strange as that does mean every student shares the same bed. It's comical to watch one student wriggle into bed for a quick nap before returning to their lessons to have another student crawl in straight after the other leaves. Perhaps it would be better to have a couple of beds, but this is still entertaining to watch.
3 Inappropriate Lack Of Uniform
In many colleges, students are free to dress however they please for their lessons. Some students in Two Point Campus seem to take this a little too far. Nudist students are not something many players would expect to witness; however, they do occasionally appear, getting involved in courses that many would think are quite dangerous with clothes, let alone without.
Thankfully, they have a bit of common decency to cover parts of themselves with leaves, but that doesn't stop spotting them being one of the funniest things ever. They casually stand between the other students while they educate themselves on science, English, or whatever other courses they wish to get involved in.
2 The Return Of The Intercom Lady
Returning from Two Point Hospital is the woman's voice that occasionally talks through the intercom while players are building up their facility or watching the people get involved in the occasional activities.
Back in Two Point Hospital, this meant her dialogue was themed around what was going on across the wards. However, she appears again in Two Point Campus, occasionally reporting incidents for comedic value as well as asking students not to do certain things. This silly humor is something many players of the Two Point games love.
1 Not The Usual Courses
As mentioned before, many of the student traits have their own designated courses that they excel in. However, these aren't the only entertaining courses, as there are so many in store for the player to unlock with their own amusing rooms to furnish.
From culinary courses where students make humongous food to a virtual reality course that has these little people strapped into their headsets permanently. Each course available has had an equal amount of detail and humor put into it, making for some hilarious moments to happen around the player.
