There are a few different cheats you can use in Undertale, either to make the game a bit easier during difficult boss fights or to allow you to reach certain locations with ease. Here are the available cheats in the game.

Infinite Money

After you receive Dog Residue, you will want to use the item, and then your inventory will completely fill up with Dog Residue. Then, go to the Tem Shop and sell the Dog Residue or Dog Salad, but make sure to leave one behind. This will allow you to keep making money by being able to sell the Dog Residue and Dog Salad.

Punch Card Glitch

You will receive a punch card from the nice cream guy at the Waterfall. To skip cutscenes, make sure to menu buffer at the exact moment the cutscene begins. You can do this by opening the menu and clicking an arrow button at the same time to move the game forward by one pixel at a time. If you open and close the punch card here, the cutscene will be cut down, and you can move freely.

Glyde

To make Glyde appear, visit the Mysterious Door room within Snowdin, and then you will need to move around for 2 minutes or more. You will need to make sure to do this before the fight with Papyrus, and make sure not to kill any monsters in Snowdin.

Secret Item/Location/Enemy

How to Unlock

Developer's Room

To find the Developers' Room, you will need to be in Snowdin and head to a large door that can't normally be opened in a cave. However, once you complete the credits while dodging all the names, you'll be able to open the door.

So Sorry

This is a secret enemy that can be found in the Art Club Room in Hotland. Make sure to read the sign at the Art Club Room, and your computer's clock is set to October 10th at 8 pm. You will also need to reach the MTT Resort before you try to take on So Sorry. Also, make sure you are on a Genocide Route, otherwise, the enemy will not appear.

Sans' Room

In order to open Sans' Room, you will need to make sure to complete the True Pacifist Route. Then, when you enter the golden room in New Home, you will need to save before you talk to Sans. Then, exit the game after speaking with him. Finally, repeat the previous step 2 to 3 times, and Sans will eventually give you a key. Head to Snowdin, where you'll find Sans' room in the back, which is full of new lore.

Sans' Hot Dogs

You can purchase a few different items from the character Sans while in Hotland. This includes Head Dog, Hot Cat, Hot Dog, and Hush Puppy. You can directly purchase the Hot Dog from Sans, and then if you buy a second one, it will be a Hot Cat. To get the Head Dog, make sure to purchase a Hot Dog with your inventory full. For the Hush Puppy, purchase the Hot Dog...? From Sans, then go to MTT Resort, and put the Hot Dog...? In front of the last door in the resort. This action will give you a Hush Puppy after you lose the Hot Dog.

Gaster's Followers

You can run into some characters who will tell you about Gaster randomly in the game. If you change the code from 'fun' to '66', you will be able to meet these characters in Hotland or Waterfall.

Temmie Village

Temmie Village is a hidden area in Waterfall. Start by lighting up all the mushrooms in the dark area in Waterfall, and then follow the path to the south to locate Temmie Village. You'll find a bunch of Temmies living here, as well as a shop where you can sell items.
