A Minecraft Movie launched on April 4, finally hitting theaters after the project initially got its start way back in 2014. The film had a lot of changes in that time, and only got principal photography going in 2024. However, some fans have been disappointed to discover that the expected cameo of Valkyrae has been cut from A Minecraft Movie. A number of Minecraft content creators and streamers appeared in A Minecraft Movie, including DanTDM, Aphmau, Mumbo Jumbo, and LDShadowLady. However, outside a brief moment where she's visible in a background shot, Valkyrae is nowhere to be found in A Minecraft Movie. On April 6, Valkyrae acknowledged the omission, noting that she wouldn't say a lot about it, but that if she had been in the film, it would have been for less than a minute, "as much as you guys saw the other creators." However, the most curious comment was when she noted "I would rather not have 30 seconds than be sued." The comment wasn't very explanatory, but has certainly led to speculation and curiosity.
Why Valkyrae May Have Been Cut From A Minecraft Movie
