Warframe's Isleweaver expansion is now available across PC and consoles. Arriving as part of Update 39, this release returns players to Duviri with new story content, a limited-time Warframe Operation, and various gameplay changes, among other novelties.
Over the first 12 years of its existence, Digital Extremes' free-to-play action RPG received 20 expansions. Its first major content drop of 2025 materialized in March in the form of the Warframe: Techrot Encore expansion.
Warframe Codes (January 2026)
In this article, players will find all of the active (and expired) codes for Warframe.
The Canadian developer is now following up on that release with Isleweaver, which officially rolled out on June 25. The expansion returns players to the fabled floating isles of Duviri with a host of fresh content. At the heart of it is Operation: Eight Claw, a limited-time event available until July 16. The activity tasks players with fighting off Major Neci Rusalka and her Murmur horde as part of a structured mission that culminates in an intense boss fight against a spider-like rogue Warframe called Oraxia.
Warframe Now Offers 61 Playable Characters
Oraxia also happens to be the game's 61st playable character-slash-suit. Described as "the evolution of a perfect hunter," she is themed around predation and poison. She is available through Isleweaver drop tables alongside her signature Spinnerex whip, Scyotid secondary, and the new Thalys Incarnon Heavy Scythe blueprint. A new Murmur enemy type, The Unseeing Herald, is also part of the late June 2025 expansion. These mobs can be encountered in the Islewaver Duviri node. They drop a new resource called Temporal Dust, which Warframe players can use to craft both Oraxia and her weapon blueprints.
Warframe's Isleweaver Introduces New Onboarding Improvements
Isleweaver also marks a continuation of Digital Extremes' recently started efforts to overhaul Warframe's new player experience. To that end, the game's Junction solo missions were made more accessible by allowing players to earn rewards for individual tasks leading up to the Specter boss encounter. In addition, Junction missions now offer greater transparency, with the game clearly displaying all objectives and rewards in advance. Isleweaver also includes more changes and bug fixes aimed at improving Warframe's onboarding experience, which already started rolling out with the Yareli Prime update back in late May 2025.
Other Isleweaver novelties include a rework of Valkyr's abilities, TennoGen additions, new Warframe Augment Mods, and various quality-of-life improvements. While Operation: Eight Claw concludes on July 16, its rewards will remain claimable until the 23rd. Since the Isleweaver node will persist after the event itself, players will have ongoing access to its resources and boss fights, potentially setting the stage for Duviri's future developments.
