There is a stash of goods on Warhammer 40,000: Rogue Trader's Footfall Void Dock map that can only be accessed after entering a specific code into a nearby container. While it is possible to determine that code without ever leaving the Void Dock, it can be a bit tricky to do so. Indeed, some players may struggle to secure the Footfall container code in Warhammer 40,000: Rogue Trader, and this guide is written with those fans in mind.

Before getting into the Footfall code, it is worth noting that the goods container that players will ultimately be able to access holds several pieces of armor. While these items are certainly not the best pieces of equipment in the game, fans may still be able to put them to use in the early chapters. Players are thus advised to take a moment to enter the Footfall container code even if they have found the rewards associated with other puzzles in Warhamer 40k: Rogue Trader to be lackluster.

Warhammer 40k: Rogue Trader - Footfall Code

For those Warhammer 40k: Rogue Trader players that are only interested in accessing the blocked goods as quickly as possible, the Footfall code is 3-5-4-1. Indeed, interacting with the buttons on the side of the container in that order will cause its door to open immediately, giving fans the ability to approach the stash on the other side and collect their rewards.

With respect to how this code is determined, it all begins with a Strange Memo, a note that can be looted from a body near the center of the map. Upon reading this note, players will encounter four clues, and all but one of them points to a specific number. Here are further details on those numbers, and CPRG fans are sure to notice that they form the Footfall container code when they are put together:

Clue #1

Players who interact with the "holy book by the altar" in the northeast corner will find that it is volume three.

Clue #2

The "customs guy" referenced by this clue is the NPC that is standing near a red skull flag on the east side of the map, and he is a rank five functionary.

Clue #3

The third clue instructs players to guess, and four is the only number that is left to pick once the other clues have been addressed.

Clue #4

Fans will find the relevant windows after moving the Warhammer 40k: Rogue Trader characters to the northwest corner of the map, and there are a series of ones on the wall near them.
