Once you make it to the 20th floor of the Mines in Fields of Mistria, there will be a Water Seal that needs to be broken. The tablet will be in an unknown language, so you'll need to take a rubbing of it to Eiland so they can translate the text. You'll get the Water Tablet Rubbing, which will kick off the 'The Water Tablet' quest.
Find Eiland on the map, show him the tablet, and he'll take you to their office. Once the text is translated, you'll finally learn the required items needed to break the water seal: One Lantern Moth, one Ruby, one Stone Loach, and one Upper Mines Mushroom.

To start, you'll need to catch a Lantern Moth with a bug net, which will be found in the early levels of the Mine, specifically in the Upper Mines. They will appear near lanterns and other sources of light.

How to Get Ruby in Fields of Mistria

Like Lantern Moths, Rubies can also be found in the Upper Mines and obtained with a pickaxe. Look for rocks with red/purplish gems, like the one in the picture above.

Stone Loach can be found in the Upper Mines of Fields of Mistria. Look for the medium-sized shadows in bodies of water and get your fishing rod ready.

You can sell Stone Loach for 35 Tesserae, but make sure to donate one to the Museum first to complete the Upper Mines fish set.

And last but not least, we have the Upper Mines Mushroom. You can find these lying on the ground in the Mines --you don't even need a tool to pick it up. Just harvest it like you would other Fields of Mistria crops. It kind of looks like a potato. Once you use it for the Water Seal, you can donate or sell your next one.

Bring all the items to the seal to unlock the next area of the Mines, The Tide Caverns. Also, visiting the dragon statue near your farm will give you your second magic spell, Summon Rain. This allows you to bring a rainstorm to your farm briefly. Keep breaking seals in the mines to unlock more stuff (there are five in total).
