Black Myth: Wukong doesn't have a traditional map and quest menu to track the various things you'll be doing in each chapter. Despite this, there are entire side quest lines that lead to secret areas and bosses that can only be found if you help out the right NPCs.
Side quests will often require the players to bring a specific item or defeat an enemy for the NPC, with those tasks being available before talking to the NPC and knowing what to do. One side quest players may accidentally start completing is that for the Drunken Pig, which first requires the
Sobering Stone; here's what to do with it once found.

Where To Get The Sobering Stone In Black Myth: Wukong
The Sobering Stone is found in Chapter 2, at the Yellow Wind Formation - Windrest Bridge shrine. From here, cross the bridge and head into the village. Follow the path to the left until you reach the set of stairs on your right with the rat enemy coming down. At the top of the stairs, look to the left to see a fire near a doorway, with a glowing pot being found within. Sprinting into or destroying the pot will break it and give players the Sobering Stone. From here, players can choose to die and return to the nearest Shrine, or proceed through the village, through the use of the Sobering Stone isn't found here.

What To Do With The Sobering Stone In Black Myth: Wukong
With the
Sobering Stone in hand, head to the Fright Cliff - Rockrest Flat Shrine. Facing the Shrine, take the path to the left and head straight. You'll see an opening in the rocks leading to another area, with a slanted rock on one side and dead trees growing on the other. Head through this gap to lead to a large open area with an NPC just up ahead and to the left. Talk to the Drunken Pig to give him the Sobering Stone, as this is the only use for it, to finish the first part of his quest and unlock the rest.
Players can return to start or complete this quest at any time.
The Drunken Pig's quest is not a requirement, but completing it will lead to a new region, two unique boss fights, and a new Vessel. Vessels are powerful additions to your arsenal that will require Qi to use their active ability but also have a constant bonus effect.
