The Indestructible Drone is one of the most useful tools in REPO, especially when you’re dealing with fragile or expensive valuables that can easily break. While the name sounds like it will make ‘you’ invincible, that’s not the case. The drone’s true power is in what it does for your loot. Once attached to a valuable, it prevents that item from taking any damage, no matter how many times it’s dropped or hit. It’s a pricey investment, but this drone can completely change how you play REPO.
REPO: How To Revive Teammates
Teamwork is the key to fulfilling the quota and progressing in REPO. Here's how to revive teammates.
How the Indestructible Drone in REPO Works
The Indestructible Drone acts as a protective shield for valuables. When you attach it to any item, that item becomes completely indestructible. It won’t break, lose value, or get damaged even if it’s thrown, dropped, or slammed into walls.
To use it, equip the drone by pressing its assigned slot key (1, 2, or 3). Next, aim it at the item you want to protect, and press E to activate. Once active, the drone locks onto that item and keeps it safe.
This tool is especially handy for items which can easily get damaged in chaotic moments. It also helps when you’re transporting larger valuables or giant statues that are hard to move safely alone. Put simply, the Indestructible Drone lets you be a bit reckless without worrying about losing your hard-earned profit.
Some players have reported that it doesn’t work with the Tray Valuable. Even if the Indestructible Drone is attached, tilting the Tray can still cause it to lose value.
Like most gadgets in REPO, the drone runs on a charge bar. Once that charge runs out, it won’t work anymore until you recharge it using Energy Crystals or a Recharge Drone at the Charging Station.
Where to Find the Indestructible Drone in REPO
You can buy the Indestructible Drone from the Service Station between levels, but it’s not always available. It usually costs around $20,000 to $30,000. The catch is that the shop only appears after you hit the Taxman’s quota, and the drone’s stock rotates randomly. If it doesn’t show up, you can return to the Main Menu and reload your save to refresh the stock.
For $30K, it’s definitely a big investment, but with the Indestructible Drone, you can focus on surviving while your loot stays safe. It’s also great for solo players or smaller teams who don’t have enough people to protect every valuable.
