Persona 5 Phantom X's daily reset will always happen at the same time, with the same things being reset. This is also the time the weekly reset happens, which happens every Monday, with the primary focus of this being the weekly Goal challenges. The daily reset happens at:

What is Reset Every Day in Persona 5 Phantom X

The main thing you'll want to check every day with the daily reset is any currently active events. Some events, such as log-in calendars, may appear on screen when you log in, though they can also be found in the Events menu in the top left of the screen. Many login rewards will eventually disappear, so if you're not logging in daily to get the rewards when available, you'll miss them completely.

Every day, you'll also get five Action Points, which can be used in various City activities to raise social stats, make money, earn Meta Crystals, or even gain ranks of Synergy. The current Phantom Pass has daily challenges that can be completed for points to unlock additional ranks, with you needing to complete many of these daily to get to the final ranks of the pass.

The store also offers a free pack daily, which can be purchased daily, giving you low-tier free upgrade materials. Stamina, while earned daily, is not influenced by the daily reset at all and is instead earned passively every few minutes until you hit your maximum. Overall, the game rewards players heavily for just playing the game, with only some gameplay aspects being locked behind the daily reset.
