Persona 3 Reload: Episode Aigis lowers the party's level substantially, letting you work through each party member's skill tree again to always have you working to something in the DLC. Along with lowered levels, not every party member will be immediately available.
While the Protagonist from the base game is no longer a party member, the new character Metis steps in to add another option, along with all the other members of SEES. While it may not be right away; here's when you unlock and can use every member of SEES.
How To Get Twilight Fragments In Persona 3 Reload: Episode Aigis
Twilight Fragments are earned a little differently in Persona 3 Reload: Episode Aigis; here's how to get them.
When Is Each Member Unlocked In Episode Aigis
The Abyss Of Time will be much more challenging than most of the enemies fought throughout Tartarus. Most of the boss fights will be multiple enemies, each having their own weaknesses and a surprising number of dodge skills that help cover whatever weaknesses they do have. Striking a weakness is always important, but even with Aigis' Wild Card, it will require players to constantly switch up their party instead of sticking to just the best options like in the base game.
While not every party member is immediately available, here's when each one is unlocked and what level they will be jumping back in at.

How To Beat Wealth Hands In Persona 3 Reload: Episode Aigis
Wealth Hands in Episode Aigis are different than the base game of Persona 3 Reload; here's how to beat them.
Does Episode Aigis Have XP Share
Much like the base game, Episode Aigis does not have a functioning XP share for your party. Other Personas can have a pseudo-XP share by getting some XP when not in use through skills, but your party members need to be in combat to earn XP. Like the base game, clearing a Monad Door does have a chance of spawning the Great Clock, which can be used to get any party member close to the same level as Aigis with only a single battle.
Monad Doors do function a little differently in that players can choose the difficulty of the door they wish to go through, but this will seal off the other doors for that floor.
