Where To Find The Secret In The Wheels In Spray Paint Simulator
The first secret you can find is in the first job in the game, The Wheels. You can find this secret in Career Mode or Free Paint mode. Starting from the car, look towards the garage behind the car and go down the path to the left. On the left side of the house you're walking next to will be a porch you can step onto and see a doormat in front of the door. Interact with the doormat to find a letter and also uncover the secret.

Where To Find Both Secrets In Iron Bridge In Spray Paint Simulator
When you first start Iron Bridge, look to the small grassy area to the left before getting to the bridge. Approach the flowers, and you'll see a large rock on the left side of the large boulder. Interact with the small rock to move it and reveal the letter below.
The next secret will require you to unlock the Cherry Picker. The Cherry Picker is unlocked during the Iron Bridge job after getting about a third of the way through the job. You'll be taken back to the warehouse to paint the Cherry Picker before getting it as a piece of equipment. With the Cherry Picker, go back to where you started the job and look off to the right side of the mountain.
Get on the Cherry Picker and start raising it up to the second platform above the one with the socks. Off to the right will be another rock that you can jump over to and interact with to reveal another letter. Just interacting with the stones will count as you discovering the secret, but don't forget to interact with the letters to also count them if you're trying to find every letter.
