After completely exploring Cloudspire and defeating the final boss in the region, players will be able to teleport to the entrance of the cave that leads to Mt. Zhenwu in Wuchang: Fallen Feathers. As players progress through this region, they will come across the Refugee Camp.
Wuchang: Fallen Feathers - Best Longsword Skills
The Longsword is an excellent weapon type in Wuchang: Fallen Feathers, and even more so once you unlock all the right skills for it.
This camp serves as an important hub where NPCs like Wu Gang and Tao Qing will relocate, allowing you to buy and sell items while continuing your exploration. It is also here that players will encounter Magalhaes, and this guide provides information on where to find his Medicine Case in Wuchang: Fallen Feathers.
Where to Find Medicine Case for Magalhaes in Wuchang Fallen Feathers
From the Shrine, turn around and make your way down the narrow path until you come across a wooden bridge that you must cross in order to reach the opposite side. Immediately after crossing the bridge, you will notice a ladder to your left—climb it and continue along the linear path ahead. Proceed forward until you spot an enemy in the distance that continuously spawns additional foes and launches a lotus projectile toward you. You can choose to engage and eliminate this enemy if desired.
Once the enemy has been dealt with, turn to your left from the direction you ascended, and you will see a few crates positioned near some jars. The Medicine Case you were tasked to retrieve will be located beside them. With the Medicine Case now in your possession, begin making your way back to the Refugee Camp.
It is worth noting that the cave directly in front of you contains a large chest housing a Lost Remains, which you should definitely collect before heading back to Magalhaes.
Retrace your steps back to the Refugee Camp and speak with Magalhaes regarding the Medicine Case. As a reward for your efforts, he will give you an Arnica Ointment—a rare consumable item in the game that not only restores a small portion of your health but also helps alleviate Poise Break buildup.
