As part of the One Leaf, One Life Event Quest, players will have to complete several secondary quests and challenges, and Tearless Farewell is part of Tier III of this quest series. To complete this part of the One Leaf, One Life in Where Winds Meet, players need to find the Blush (or Rouge) for Zhong Wenping.

Where To Start Tearless Farewell Quest in Where Winds Meet
To begin the Tearless Farewell sub-quest, travel to the southwestern side of the South Gate Avenue district in Kaifeng, and go to the Pier to find two women slandering a man called Zhong Wenping.
Talk to them, and they will speak about Zhong Wenping having an affair, claiming they have found the proof of it hidden in his stall. Take note of this detail for later, and go to talk to the man in question.
Players will find Zhong Wenping sitting in a stall on the other side of the stairs where the women are, lamenting about the loss of his wife Zhou Juan.
The first time players talk to him, they can either ask or confront him about the affair accusations. But he will be adamant and respond that he is innocent in both cases. Then, when asked about the Blush, he will reveal that it belonged to his late wife.
Where Winds Meet: Twisted Destiny Walkthrough
Twisted Destiny is an Encounter quest in Where Winds Meet where players will need to reveal the truth about the death of General Wang Qing.
Now, if players talk to him again, they'll see the option to 'Give' an item with a Purple marker, and if they hover over it, they will notice the required item is the elusive Blush (or Rogue).
Where To Find The Blush In Where Winds Meet
Now, if players remember correctly, the woman behind the stall said they found the Blush, so one of them has it tucked in her pocket. Use Windsense (pressing V) to detect which one has it (the one on the left), then use Celestial Seize to take it back.
- Press V to use Windsense to discover which of the two women has the Blush.
- Use the Mystic Art Celestial Seize, and Press F again to steal the item.
Now go back to Zhong Wenping and deliver the Blush. Talk briefly with him and wait for the cutscene to be over to find him once more in his stall.
Next, players should talk to the NPC once more and let him speak. They need to select the bottom option, 'Listen to him,' without interrupting.
The fourth time, they need to select the upper option 'Console,' and with that, Zhong Wenping will give players his sincere thanks for their help, and the Tearless Farewell quest will be complete.
