Wild Zone 3 in Pokemon Legends: Z-A can be found in the northern section of Lumiose City, specifically in Rouge Plaza. There are six Pokemon found in the area, and if you want to achieve 100% completion, this guide will show you how to catch them all.
Most of the Pokemon in Wild Zone 3 are pretty easy to find, but players might have trouble catching
Pancham, the second Pokemon on the list.

Where's Skiddo?
The Grass-type Mount Pokemon,
Skiddo, is super common to find in Wild Zone 3. Just look over in the southwestern quadrant, and you should spot a couple ready to be caught.
Skiddo can evolve into
Gogoat once it reaches level 32.
Where's Pancham?
Pancham doesn't show up all the time, but we managed to find some in the southwest quadrant (same area as the Skiddo). We rested on the bench to reset the area, and it just popped up. However, it may appear in other quadrants of the Wild Zone, so if you're having trouble, try resting, walking around, and rinsing and repeating until it pops up. If it helps, we found Pancham during the daytime.
Where's Litleo?
The northwestern quadrant is where you'll find a bunch of
Litleo. You might even encounter an Alpha Litleo hanging around, so be careful!
Where's Espurr?
You should be able to spot
Espurr in the northeastern quadrant of Wild Zone 3. However, it will run away from you if you get too close to it, so try to crouch (press the left stick) and throw a Poke Ball at its backside to catch it.
If you need to "reset" the area, try sleeping on the benches nearby to make the time pass.
Where's Flabebe?
The Fairy-type Bloom Pokemon,
Flabebe, can be found floating around the courtyard (center area) of Wild Zone 3. They shouldn't pose too much of a problem for trainers.
Where's Pikachu?
You should be able to find
Pikachu in the southeastern quadrant of the area where the Roserade statue is.
