How to 100% Wild Zone 4 in Pokemon Legends Z-A

Wild Zone 4 in Pokemon Legends: Z-A has six Pokemon that call the area home. Like the previous Wild Zones players will have encountered, some Pokemon are definitely easier to find than others, making the process of catching 'em all a bit tedious.

To catch all six Pokemon and achieve 100% completion, players will have to know when and how they appear. This guide covers the locations and spawn requirements for every Pokemon in Wild Zone 4.

All Wild Zone 4 Pokemon in Pokémon Legends: Z-A & Where to Find Them

The six Pokemon found in Wild Zone 4 are:

Gastly
Spewpa
Spinarak
Ekans
Honedge
Patrat

Gastly Location

Gastly is the most common Pokemon in Wild Zone 4. It is found roaming between the tombstones all around the cemetery.

Spewpa Location

Spewpa is found to the immediate left of the Wild Zone 4 entrance, hiding in the bushes. It is a timid Pokemon that will not initiate combat but will run away if given the chance. Use your best Fire or Flying-type move to take it out in one move to increase the chance of capture.

If fainted, Wild Zone Pokemon respawn when players exit and reenter the area.

Spinarak Location

Spinarak clings to the walls of tombstones all around Wild Zone 4 and you’ll find nearly a dozen of them on the mausoleum in the middle of the cemetery.

Ekans Location

Ekans likes to hide in tall grass, making it hard to spot. Keep pressing ZL near grassy areas to automatically lock on to one when you encounter it to avoid missing it. It is an aggressive Pokemon and will attack if it notices you.

Honedge Location (& How to Change Time of Day)

Honedge is a nocturnal Pokemon that only appears at night in Wild Zone 4. We found quite a few of them floating on the main pathway at night.

This means that to get Honedge, you will first need to know how to turn day into night in Pokemon Legends: Z-A. This is an ability that is unlocked after the fifth main story quest, where you have to complete three side missions for Emma.

To change day to night, rest at any bench to pass the time or sleep in your bed at Hotel Z. The nearest bench to Wild Zone 4 can be found just outside the Pokemon Center, north of the zone.

Patrat Location

Like Honedge, Patrat is also only found at night in Wild Zone 4. However, if you caught a Patrat in Wild Zone 2, it will automatically be checked off for Wild Zone 4 as well, so you will not need to catch another one to gain 100% completion.
