However, there are a few fan-favorite characters that fans would love to see in the prequel. Viewers had a chance to see one of the best Lucifer portrayals on-screen and meet powerful witches and demons who would be a great fit in the new show as well.

The Father of Murderer was also known to be the most ruthless demon, with plenty of unique qualities that would make him an excellent addition to The Winchesters' already great cast.

6 Rowena MacLeod

Rowena MacLeod single-handedly turned Supernatural into one of the most magical tv shows of all time. She was the strongest witch in the series and one of the most intelligent and cunning ones who outsmarted not only the Winchester brothers but Castiel, Lucifer, and his son plenty of times.

Rowena was one of the most interesting recurring characters in the series and eventually became the Queen of Hell. Since this iconic natural witch was around since the 17th century, she had a lot of experience and knowledge when it came to all things supernatural. Thanks to Ruth Connell's unforgettable performances Rowena also became one of the most beloved characters, even as a villain, and fans would be happy to see her in the prequel too.

5 Crowley

Crowley, just like her mother Rowena, was one of the most popular recurring characters in Supernatural. He was not only one of the most powerful demons, but thanks to his ambitions and intellect, he also became the King of the Crossroads and the King of Hell. Thanks to him, Superntarual had more exciting demon appearances than some of the most iconic movies about demonic possessions.

He had the most intimate relationship with Dean, and many fans even became Destiel shippers. While most fans weren't happy with how Dean and Castiel's last conversation ended, they would still surely love to see this iconic Supernatural character in the prequel too.

3 Bobby Singer

Bobby Singer was one of the greatest screen stepfathers since he was practically The Winchester brothers' adopted dad, who in many ways was a way better father figure in their lives than their actual father, John.

Jared Padalecki put his heart into this tortured character and turned Sam into one of the most complex and beloved tv characters of all time. Supernatural fans would be surely happy to see Sam in The Winchesters too.

Fans would surely love to meet him again in the prequel and see a couple of scenes where Dean is actually happy and has a bit of time to enjoy himself.
