A brand-new day means a whole new Wordle puzzle for fans to figure out. Today's word is yet another difficult five-letter head-scratcher, so new players and long-time fans alike may be looking for some quick hints to get them to the answer.
How To Play Wordle
While there are tons of copycat Wordle- type games like the Pokemon-themed Squridle with different rules, the original remains the same. Players need to head to the Wordle website, then keep trying out five-letter American English words with the given clues until they guess the word or run out of tries. Players get a total of six tries, and with each try, they get additional clues to help them get closer to the answer.
When a word is typed into the Wordle puzzle, the letters will highlight in different colors in order to give players some clues for what the real word could be. If the letters are in green, it means they are the correct letters in the right spot. Yellow letters appear in the word of the day somewhere, but they are currently in the wrong place. Gray letters don't appear in the puzzle at all. Using this information, players need to keep typing in new words that fit the clues above. While there is a best strategy to win at Wordle every day, there is no right or wrong way to go about it. This includes checking around for some hints online to get to the solution.
