Now, a few Wordle players are reporting that the game is resetting their streaks without ever them missing a day of the game. Reddit user Lady_B_FC complained that they lost a 218-day streak this way. In another post, Reddit user MGeri2525 had a similar case, also losing a streak of many days. It’s a very frustrating experience, as gamers use the best strategies to beat Wordle and show off their huge streaks to friends.
In the comments of the posts made by these unhappy users, some Wordle players affirmed that losing progress is a fairly common occurrence. TrackVol, for instance, claims that they could not get a streak longer than eight days without losing the count due to the glitched system. Another user commented that they were counting manually and would be on their 188th win in a row right now if the system actually worked.
