Artifact quality gear in World of Warcraft is few and far between. From the artifact weapons in Legion to the Heart of Azeroth in Battle for Azeroth, players have had limited access to these unique borrowed power mechanics that artifacts bring to the game.
Even though Patch 11.2 is the last major content patch for the current World of Warcraft expansion, Blizzard added a powerful new cloak to the game called the Reshii Wraps. Dimensius is a powerful adversary, and you will need all the help and power that you can get to defeat it. Anybody who wants to do the new raid will want to obtain the Reshii Wraps as soon as possible, as it is required to enter the raid and is a central part of the mechanics as well. Here is how you can obtain the Reshii Wraps.

World of Warcraft players both old and new should make sure not to commit these faux pas while exploring Azeroth and the realms beyond.
How to Get the Reshii Wraps in World of Warcraft
In order to obtain the Reshii Wraps, you will need to complete the third chapter of the Ghosts of K'aresh campaign. The Reshii Wraps are a reward for completing the quest "The Tabiqa". You also get a variety of other rewards, like a Fiber that you can attach to your Reshii Wraps, Valorstones, and an item called Ethereal Strands. Right from the get-go, Reshii Wraps are item level 694 and have the following stats.
- 2,556 Armor
- +3,563 Primary stat
- +27,427 Stamina
There are also three unique effects for the Reshii Wraps depending on whether you are a Tank, Healer, or DPS.
By default, the Reshii Wraps do not have any secondary stats. That said, you can attach a Fiber to the socket and customize what kind of secondary stat you have. There are also epic versions of the Fibers that Tailors can craft once they've unlocked the recipe.
- Chronomatic Fiber: Haste
- Energizing Fiber: Mastery
- Precise Fiber: Critical Strike
- Dexterous Fiber: Versatility
How to Upgrade the Reshii Wraps
The Reshii Wraps are quite powerful when you first obtain them, but you can make them even stronger. When fully upgraded, the Reshii Wraps will be item level 730, making them the most powerful cloak in the game (until the next expansion, at any rate).
This is where the Ethereal Strands come in. By obtaining three Ethereal Strands, you can upgrade the item level of your Reshii Wraps by talking to Hashim, an Ethereal located at Overlook Zo'Shuul. There is a talent tree for the Reshii Wraps, but you don't actually have a choice about the order in which you unlock upgrades. In addition to getting more stats, you also unlock the following abilities for the Reshii Wraps.
- Rank 2: Unlocks your role-specific ability for Reshii Wraps
- Rank 3: The Reshii Wraps grant you the ability to find hidden rooms in Delves
- Rank 4: You can find orbs while Phase Diving that increase your primary stat
- Rank 5: You can find hidden treasures while Phase Diving
- Rank 6: Unlocks cosmetic shoulder and helmet armor that match the Reshii Wraps in appearance.
The first upgrade is a free reward as part of the campaign. However, if you want to upgrade the Reshii Wraps beyond item level 701, you will need more Ethereal Strands, which can be obtained in Delves, killing bosses in Manaforge Omega, winning PvP matches, and also from killing bosses during any Season 3 dungeon. You will need three Ethereal Strands per upgrade.
The upgrades for the Reshii Wraps are time-gated. So while you will be able to get to Rank 2 on the first day of the patch, you won't be able to upgrade the Reshii Wraps any further until the following week.
