As you descend into the depths below the Isle of Dorn, you will come across many new allies as you seek to put a stop to Xal'atath's machinations. Every zone in Khaz Algar will have a faction that you will work with and earn rewards from as you progress through the campaign.
Shortly after you enter Hallowfall, you encounter a group known as the Hallowfall Arathi. While this faction has not been around as long as the Earthen, they have been able to make a home for themselves deep below the surface of Azeroth. For those who aid the Hallowfall Arathi's cause, here are the rewards that they can look forward to.

Hallowfall Arathi Quartermaster Inventory
You can find the Hallowfall Arathi Quartermaster at Mereldar in a tent located at (X,Y) 41.3, 53. Just like another renown quartermasters encountered in Khaz Algar, she offers armor for every class, profession recipes, and cosmetics. Once you've reached Rank 25 with the Hallowfall Arathi, you can purchase Radiant Remnants, which are used to light Keyflames in Hallowfall.

How to Increase Hallowfall Arathi Renown
While going through the campaign, you will gain renown while progressing through the story in Hallowfall. Once you are Level 80 and have completed the campaign, the path to endgame activities will allow you to get more reputation with the Hallowfall Arathi quickly.
Aside from world quests, you can also get a significant boost toward a Khaz Algar faction of your choosing by completing the weekly dungeon quest. This feature unlocks at Level 80 and will give you 1,500 reputation upon completion. So the best way to increase your reputaiton with the Hallowfall Arathi is to do the weekly dungeon quest, pick the Hallowfall Commendation, and then do every single world quest that is available in Hallowfall.
To maximize your reputation gains, craft or purchase Contract: Hallowfall Arathi and use it to get a buff that gives you additional reputaiton with Hallowfall Arathi when completing world quests in Khaz Algar.
