There are 12 Shrines in Worship's Rise, the first area in Wuchang: Fallen Feathers, and while players are guaranteed to run into many of them as they follow the critical path, some are hidden within optional areas. Additionally, the large distances between some Shrines may occasionally make players feel as though they have missed one. This guide is written with those players in mind, and the location of every Shrine in Wuchang: Fallen Feathers can be found below.

A red mark appears along the perimeter of the compass in the bottom-right corner of the screen when a Shrine that has not yet been activated is nearby. While players cannot rely on this mark to lead them directly to every Shrine, it can be helpful when working to pinpoint the precise position of one of them.

How to Get & Use Reverent Temple Key in Wuchang Fallen Feathers

Players who hope to beat Wuchang: Fallen Feathers must get their hands on the Reverent Temple Key, and this guide will help them do exactly that.

Where to Find All Shrines in Worship's Rise - Wuchang Fallen Feathers

Reverent Temple

Players will find the Reverent Temple Shrine on their right as soon as they exit the structure at the beginning of the game.

Buddha Cliffs

Follow the path beyond the Reverent Temple Shrine to enter an open area, and pass through the gate on the right. Now go right, stick to the descending path, and continue to follow it to reach a section that centers around ascending wood scaffolding. The Buddha Cliffs Shrine is at the top of the scaffolding.

Lightzen Temple

Descend the ladder that is next to the Buddha Cliffs Shrine, and pass through the cave at the bottom. Upon exiting the cave, follow the path forward and to the right to continue traveling downward. Go left at the bottom to enter the Lightzen Temple area, and the Lightzen Temple Shrine will be directly forward, on the right side.

Shu Sanctum

There are several ways to reach the Shu Sanctum Shrine, and there are areas to explore around it. While it is not mandatory that players visit those areas, they may want to take some time to do so before they continue to the next Shrine.

After activating the Lightzen Temple Shrine, climb the stairs next to it and follow the path to reach Master Raider - Man-eating Dhutanga. Beat this boss to obtain the Lightzen Temple Key.

Now return to the Shrine, put your back to it, and cross the courtyard to reach a gate that is unlocked with the Lightzen Temple Key. Continue forward, cross the Narrow Stretch, and climb the stairs when the path splits. At the top, go forward until you run into a building, turn to the right, and climb the stairs to enter Shu Sanctum. The Shu Sanctum Shrine is on the first floor.

Annalum

Exit Shu Sanctum through the door that was used to enter it, and keep an eye on the right side while descending the stairs. There is a bridge that appears to be broken on that side, though it is actually possible to walk right across it. After crossing, go left, follow the path forward, and go right at the fork.

Players should now take an immediate right to climb a large flight of stairs and pass underneath a sign. Turn around at the top and follow the path ahead to reach a staircase with a large enemy that rolls a boulder. At the top of those stairs, where the enemy stands, turn around to find a ramp that leads onto a roof. This roof gives players access to a ladder on the side of a building, which should be climbed.

After climbing the ladder, walk across the roof to reach another ladder that can be used to descend into an open area with a fire dancer enemy. Once that enemy is defeated, stand next to the ladder that was descended, turn so the ladder is on your left, and walk forward to reach a path near a building with a banner. Follow that path to cross a bridge and eventually reach the Annalum Shrine, which is next to a tree with red leaves.

Mercury Workshop

Go back to the Shu Sanctum Shrine, and use the stairs inside the structure to reach the third floor. Here, players will find a room with Feathered Priest - Lu Bingzhang, and they should defeat this boss to earn the Shu Sanctum Key. Players should then return to the building's first floor, interact with the cylinder in the middle, and use the stairs that are revealed next to the cylinder to descend through the floor.

Players must now continue their descent through a wooden scaffolding section. At the end of this section, players should pass through a short corridor and go right to reach the Mercury Workshop Shrine, which will be on the left side of the path.

Bandit Cave

Players should now cross the red, feather-like platform next to the Mercury Workshop Shrine to reach some wooden scaffolding. This scaffolding is the beginning of a path that will ultimately lead players to the bottom of the area. While getting to the bottom can be quite treacherous, and players should be prepared to deal with Corruption and Blight, the route is fairly linear and ultimately leads to a wooden slat path that continues to descend.

Players who follow that path will soon find themselves in the Bandit Cave. As players continue forward, they will eventually reach an ascending U-turn that terminates at the Bandit Cave Shrine.

Doomwillow Beach

Put your back to the Bandit Cave Shrine, and follow the path forward to enter an arena where you will fight Blightweaver - Great Centipede. After dispatching that boss in Wuchang: Fallen Feathers, use the path at the far end of the arena to reach the Tower of Sacrifice. Use the lift inside the tower, and follow the path to reach the Doomwillow Beach Shrine, which will be on the left.

Lu Mansion

Put your back to the Doomwillow Beach Shrine, and use the path that is forward and to the right. Keep right when the path forks to reach an open area, and the Lu Mansion Shrine is on the left side of that area, near a lift.

Corpse Pit

Return to the Doomwillow Beach Shrine, and put your back to it once again. This time around, use the path that is forward and to the left to reach a blood river, enter the river, and go left. Players are now on a path that leads to a horse-like enemy, and there is a ladder that they should climb just past that foe.

Follow the path at the top, knocking down a tree when necessary, until it runs into a small fire. Take a right here, and continue forward, passing by a ladder that is on the right. Not long after that ladder, players will enter a corridor with some tentacles, and Reborn Treant - Soulwood is beyond it. Beating that boss causes the Corpse Pit Shrine to appear in its arena.

Palace Hill

Use the slope next to the Corpse Pit Shrine to leave the Reborn Treant's arena. This path ultimately leads into a building, and players should use the stairs inside to climb to the second floor. Players should then exit the building and follow an ascending path to reach a ladder that they must climb. At the top, follow the path through the sun-filled area to reach Tang Emperor's Palace.

Continue forward, climb the stairs that are ahead, and pass through an opening in the wall to enter an area with some small bridges. Go to the back-left corner of that area to find a wooden ramp that can be used to get onto a roof.

There is a ladder on the far side of that roof that players can descend, and they should go forward at the bottom, climbing another ladder when they run into it. Players can now continue forward, use the stairs on their right, and follow the path ahead. At this point, there will be a building on the player's left, and the Tang Palace Maid is inside.

After passing the building, look left to find a ladder that can be used to get onto a roof. Go right at the top, and follow the path to reach the Palace Hill Shrine.

Lotus Pond

Check the area to the left of the Palace Hill Shine to find a Buddha Statue. Take this statue to the area to the right of the Palace Hill Shrine and insert it into the device that is found there. This will cause the pool that is across from the building with the Tang Palace Maid to drain, and entering that pool will trigger a fight with Commander - Honglan. For full clarity, here is how to reach the pool, and the Lotus Pond Shrine will appear in the boss's arena when she is defeated:

  • Use the path across from the Palace Hill Shrine to reach a roof.
  • Use the ladder on the left to descend.
  • At the bottom, turn left, go forward, and turn right.
  • Walk a few paces forward. The entrance to the Lotus Pond pool is now on your left.

Players are automatically teleported to the Reverent Temple after beating Honglan in Wuchang: Fallen Feathers, and they will need to make their way back to the Lotus Pond to activate its Shrine.
