A recent Wuthering Waves livestream was poorly received by the game's community, as many felt that nothing of consequence was revealed. Following this, Kuro Games took to Twitter to apologize for both the poorly executed stream and the game's anniversary rewards, which many felt were lacking. In an attempt to make things right, Kuro Games is now offering all players 10 Radiant Tide, 10 Forging Tide, and 10 Lustrous Tide for free, allowing fans to roll on the game's three main banners. While this is a nice gesture, many feel that it isn't quite enough to make up for their frustration, as the 30 free pulls don't necessarily guarantee a decent Wuthering Waves character.

Wuthering Waves Players Can Snag 30 Free Tides Right Now

Earlier this month, the character banners for Wuthering Waves Version 2.3 were announced, including two special anniversary banners. Players will be able to roll for the 5-star Zani during the first half, along with the 4-stars Lumi, Taoqi, and Yuanwu. The 5-star for the second half will be Ciaccona, who will be joined by the 4-star characters Danjin, Yangyang, and Mortefi.

Kuro Games recently confirmed that Wuthering Waves would collaborate with Cyberpunk: Edgerunners in 2026, though details of the crossover remain unclear. Some believe that popular characters from the anime series will be playable in the gacha game, while others think that a Cyberpunk: Edgerunners area will be added to Wuthering Waves during the 3.0 patch cycle.
