Fractsidus is the main antagonist in Wuthering Waves, an organization that aims to trigger a large-scale Lament, the destructive anomalies that cause the current state of the world.

Resonators are individuals who are "awakened" when they first resonate with certain frequencies in the world, and the Fractsidus believe that humans can reach an even higher potential by merging with Tacet Discords, the monsters seen all around the world.
