Discord is a great weapon for Lupa in Wuthering Waves. Other than offering her a massive Energy Regeneration on its Sub-stat, Discord also increases Lupa’s Concerto Energy, which helps her get her Outro Skill faster, and that also helps the team rotation as a whole.
