Although there is no new area in version 1.2, the latest exciting part comes in the form of a free 5-star character, similar to how Honkai: Star Rail gives away Dr. Ratio. Other than the free 5-star Resonator, Xiangli Yao, another premium character, Zhezhi, will also be available from the Limited Character Banner.
