Phoebe Team Comp In WuWa

Phoebe can be a strong main DPS or a Spectro Frazzle Support in Wuthering Waves. Because there aren't many characters that benefit from having so many Spectro Frazzles on enemies, she’s bound to operate as a main DPS upon release. Additionally, since Phoebe’s gameplay is built around Spectro Frazzle, Spectro Rover is going to be a mandatory pair in Phoebe’s teams in Wuthering Waves.

Phoebe can still pair nicely with other characters and players can immediately notice how easy it is to build a team around her. She’s a top-tier character in Wuthering Waves and will surely have tons of synergy with many of the new characters coming to the game.

3 Phoebe + Changli + Spectro Rover

Phoebe can only apply multiple Spectro Frazzles through her Confession state, which is not ideal for her DMG if she’s going to operate as a main DPS. So, instead of starting the rotation in the Confession state and applying Spectro Frazzle, it's better to utilize Spectro Rover to do the job.

Changli, on the other hand, doesn’t have any Outro or buff to offer for Phoebe. However, they both have an arsenal of skills that can be canceled with a quick swap. Playing both Phoebe and Changli together requires some practicing and understanding of how to cancel and quickly swap between characters in Wuthering Waves, but it’s definitely worth it.

2 Phoebe + Mortefi + Spectro Rover

A better way to team Phoebe is by pairing her with Mortefi in Wuthering Waves. Since Phoebe goes hard on enemies with her Basic and Charged Attacks, Mortefi will be able to deal absurd off-field DMG with his Coordinated Attacks. He’ll also buff Phoebe’s Charged Attacks, which is a big part of her rotations.

1 Phoebe + Sanhua + Spectro Rover

Coming to one of the best Phoebe’s teams in Wuthering Waves, pair Phoebe with Sanhua and watch what these two can do. Sanhua can fill her Concerto Energy quickly with her quick dashes and Ice Prisms while dealing some of the best DPS in Wuthering Waves. She can also buff Phoebe’s Basic Attacks and ATK% through her Outro Skill and S6 effect, respectively.

With Sanhua, Phoebe will have more field time and will deal more DMG. She’ll also showcase why she’s one of the best 5-star characters in Wuthering Waves. You can always go back to Spectro Rover to heal the team if it is in a critical condition or if you want to add more Spectro Frazzle to trigger Phoebe’s Echo set.

However, if players wish to have more survivability, they can swap Sanhua for healers like the Shorekeeper, Verina, or even Baizhi.
