In short, these are some of the best teams for Phrolova in Wuthering Waves:

Phrolova + Roccia + Cantarella
Phrolova + Sanhua + Cantarella
Phrolova + Taoqi + Shorekeeper

Phrolova can also work as a Heavy ATK buffer for Resonators like Phoebe and Jiyan.

Phrolova + Roccia + Cantarella

Having Phrolova, Roccia, and Cantarella in one team creates a great combo in WuWa. This is one of Phrolova’s best teams in Wuthering Waves. The idea here is to quick-swap between all three Havoc characters while rotating until Roccia is close to triggering her Outro Skill while her Resonance Liberation is ready. Then, unleash Phrolova’s Resonance Liberation and trigger her Outro Skill that buffs Roccia’s Heavy ATK and Havoc DMG. Roccia quickly uses her Ultimate and switches to Cantarella, increasing her Havoc and Basic ATK DMG alongside a small flat ATK buff.

Cantarella is very important for this Havoc team as she offers sustainability during combat. Additionally, most of Cantarella’s DMG is considered an Echo Skill DMG, which triggers Phrolova’s Hecate to unleash powerful attacks over and over again. This creates a perfect synergy where Cantarella is fully buffed and dealing a lot of DMG while maximizing Phrolova’s off-field DPS.

While Havoc teams are better for Phrolova, players can replace Roccia with Sanhua to also use the same rotation and buff Cantarella. This Phrolova team comp has more skill ceiling since all three characters offer opportunities to swap-cancel their attacks while quick-swapping between them. While the team loses Roccia’s DPS and buffs, Sanhua is still a very solid choice, considering she’s one of the best hybrid characters in WuWa.

Phrolova doesn’t have to deal off-field DMG in all her teams; she can also operate as a main DPS. Adding Shorekeeper and Taoqi ensures Phrolova is fully buffed and ready to take the field with her Hecate. Shorekeeper offers a wide range of buffs alongside a lot of healing. On the other hand, Taoqi’s Outro Skill greatly buffs Phrolova’s Resonance Skill, which is what she needs to wreak Havoc on the battlefield.

This Phrolova team is very flexible with characters, as the core idea is to buff Phrolova, and a lot of them can do that. For instance, players can replace Shorekeeper with Verina or Baizhi to make the team F2P-friendly. On the other hand, players can also upgrade the team and make it a premium team by adding Zhezhi instead of Taoqi. She can buff Phrolova while dealing massive off-field DMG and taking much less field time. Additionally, Lumi and Danjin are also viable replacements for Taoqi in this Phrolova WuWa team.

If players still want Phrolova as a sub-DPS, then they can use Heavy ATK DPS like Jiyan or Phoebe while keeping the healer/buffer Resonators like Shorekeeper or Verina.
