Before WWE 2K Battlegrounds  released in September, Saber Interactive announced a good chunk of the game's roster would arrive after launch. While the initial lineup featured a number of huge names; including John Cena, The Undertaker, 'The Fiend' Bray Wyatt, and The Rock; the game was still missing some notable wrestling icons.

WWE 2k Battlegrounds' newest update will begin to add some of these missing WWE legends, with 10 names slated to join the title on November 6. There will be several other updates following the upcoming DLC, each bringing a selection of new wrestlers.

The line-up features a mix of major WWE Hall of Famers and a swath of current-day superstars, with Goldberg, Batista, Eddie Guerrero, Booker T, Lita, Trish Stratus, Ultimate Warrior, The Usos, and Ruby Riott all making the cut. The trailer for the update highlights the roster members' walks to the ring and some of their signature moves, with Goldberg using his Jackhammer finisher and Batista showcasing his iconic machine-gun pyro entrance. It looks to be a substantial injection of new content, as some of professional wrestling's biggest names join the battle.

As for who will be coming in subsequent updates, WWE has shown off a long list of wrestlers who would feature in Battlegrounds  following its launch. As it stands, Mr. McMahon, Ric Flair, Sami Zayn, Andrade, Mark Henry, Kane, The Boogeyman, Scott Hall, 'Macho Man' Randy Savage, and even Doink the Clown are all set to appear.
