WWE 2K25 has shared the match listing for the Bloodline Showcase mode. Ever since the announcement of Roman Reigns as the cover star of WWE 2K25, fans have been waiting to see how much of the Bloodline would be involved in the game's Showcase mode. Previous Showcases have strongly centered around the cover star's career, or in WWE 2K24's case, a selection of memorable WrestleMania matches.
Prior previews had already hinted that the game would have an strong presence of the Bloodline. This was evident when The Island was announced, as well as when the Bloodline Edition of WWE 2K25 was confirmed. The said edition featured the two iterations of the Bloodline as cover stars and included an exclusive Nation of Domination version of The Rock. This sparked hope that the Showcase could feature not just Roman Reigns, but more members of his family.
WWE 2K25 Is Missing 26 Wrestlers from 2K24
WWE 2K25 fans list down a large number of wrestlers from WWE 2K24 who will not be playable as part of the new game's roster.
The latest WWE 2K25 Ringside Report confirmed fan speculation that more members of the Bloodline will be featured in the Showcase mode, which is entitled The Bloodline's Dynasty. With the full WWE 2K25 roster having been revealed recently, it was just a matter of the official announcement of which matches would make the cut. While obvious ones like Roman Reigns versus Seth Rollins at Royal Rumble '22 and Nia Jax facing Lyra Valkyria at King and Queen of the Ring '24 were already expected due to their appearance in previous trailers, some rare surprises like Yokozuna and Hulk Hogan's match at King of the Ring '93 also made the list.
List of WWE 2K25 Showcase Mode Matches
-
Relive History
- Yokozuna w/Mr. Fuji vs. Hulk Hogan - King of the Ring ‘93

- Naomi vs Bayley - Super ShowDown ‘20

-
Create History:
- ‘High Chief’ Peter Maivia vs George ‘The Animal’ Steele
- 3 Minute Warning vs AOP w/Paul Ellering
- The Wild Samoans vs The Dudley Boyz
- The OG Bloodline vs Solo’s Bloodline WarGames
- The Islanders vs The Street Profits
The Showcase itself is divided into three categories, those being Change History, Create History, and Relive History. Finally confirming what was originally just an assumption, players will be able to rewrite history in WWE 2K25. Matches like Rikishi versus Stone Cold Steve Austin at No Mercy 2000 and the Money in the Bank Ladder Match at Money in the Bank '14 can now have different endings. On the opposite, fans will be able to relive moments like Rocky Maivia and Hunter Hearst Helmsley's Thursday RAW battle.
The more surprising addition is the inclusion of fantasy matchups. Seeing the debuting "High Chief" Peter Maivia face George "The Animal" Steele may not be on the fans' lists, but the long-requested tag team of 3 Minute Warning making it in to face the Authors of Pain could be a fight that the WWE Universe could get behind. Similarly, the Wild Samoans versus The Dudley Boyz which was part of the WWE 2K25 Hands-On Preview is also part of the Create History set. With a robust and extensive list of matches for players to enjoy, The Bloodline's Dynasty Showcase could be one of the best ones to appear in any WWE 2K game in a while.
