WWE 2K25 Releases Attitude Era DLC Pack

WWE 2K25 has released its Attitude Era Superstars Pack, the fourth of five planned DLC packs for its Season Pass, bringing five more legends to the game's roster. Lasting between the late 1990s and early 2000s, the Attitude Era was a brief but celebrated time in the history of sports entertainment, and WWE 2K25 players will now have an easier time recapturing those glory days.

The roster of WWE 2K25 was already the biggest the franchise had ever seen at the time of its launch in March. Not stopping there, the development team at Visual Concepts has kept up with the tradition established in previous years of padding the already-packed roster with even more Superstars through DLC releases, adding in popular modern-day wrestlers like Stephanie Vaquer and Penta, as well as legends like Bull Nakano and New Jack.

The new DLC pack will provide fans of faction-based wrestling with some great options, as pairs of members of both D-Generation X and the Nation of Domination are among the new additions. Road Dogg Jesse James and Badd Ass Billy Gunn make up six-time Tag Team Champions The New Age Outlaws, who were part of D-X's second incarnation, and the game includes their special entrance that has Mr. Dogg spouting off nearly his full iconic spiel before each tag team match. While Mark Henry and D'Lo Brown have each held singles gold, many fans will remember them best as members of the Nation of Domination under both Farooq and The Rock. On the women's roster, the new pack adds two-time Women's Champion Victoria, who was once a part of Vince's Devils, though her faction mates, Torrie Wilson and Candice Michelle, are not in WWE 2K25 outside Create-a-Superstar mode.

These five wrestlers are already available for Season Pass holders, which includes anyone who purchased the game's Deadman Edition or Bloodline Edition, but the DLC pack can also be purchased separately for $9.99. Additionally, two more classic wrestlers, Bill Goldberg and Nikki Bella, have been made available through the WWE 2K25 Island Mode Hall of Legends at a cost of 50,000 VC, but players without Virtual Currency can pick them up for $19.99. For those looking for even more content, The MyFACTION Locker Code 2WORDS4YA2K unlocks a Heatwave Basic Pack, an Eras Basic Pack, and an Amethyst-level Elite Cody Rhodes Persona Card for all players.

With the release of the Attitude Era Superstars Pack, there is only one more DLC left in WWE 2K25's Season Pass. Saturday Night’s Main Event Pack is set for release on November 12 and will bring Sid Justice, The Junkyard Dog, Jesse Ventura, Tito Santana, and "Mr. Wonderful" Paul Orndorff as roaster additions.
