The OMG sequences are no longer available, and many fans may miss out on certain situations. However, you can now slam your WWE opponents into the ringside barricade at any time in WWE 2K25 while in specific arenas. The actions needed to execute this correctly can be challenging, and it's not always clear which moves will work effectively. Unfortunately, breaking the ringside barricade in WWE 2K25 only works with certain arenas. Many of the bigger modern WWE stadiums with banner movies and electrical displays can be damaged, but they can't be broken. Here's a list of known arenas in which the barricade break works:

  • Arena Estatal

  • Bash In Berlin
  • Clash In The Castle
  • Elimination Chamber 2024
  • Hell in a Cell 2017

  • Mixed Match Challenge

Many of these arenas will need to be unlocked by playing the Showcase and MyRise modes.

Most of the NXT Arenas with special guards won't work, and neither will the classic WWE and WCW arenas like SummerSlam 88 and WCW Halloween Havoc.

How To Put Your Opponent Through The Barricade In WWE 2K25

Now that you have selected the correct arena, you can attempt to slam your opponents through the barricade. It's quite a tricky process and, at times, frustrating, so it's better to either switch off Ring Outs in the match rules section or select an Extreme Rules Match.

You can only put your opponents through the corner barricades on the left of the runway and the right of the announcer's table.

Use the following steps to put your opponents through a barricade in WWE 2K25:

  • Select a wrestler with suplexes like the belly to belly suplex, belly to back suplex, exploder suplex, German suplex, and more. The suplex is the best way to get through the barricade.
  • Irish Whip your opponent to the outside of the ring by pressing the B/Circle button to grab them and then holding down the B/Circle to throw them over the top rope.
  • Take your opponent to the top left or right of the arena.
  • Position your wrestler with his back to the breakable corner, and hit the suplex.

You can use the area behind the corner barricades to fight among the crowd.

  • It may take two attempts before the barricade breaks.
