WWE 2K25 has shared new information about a few unlockable Superstars from MyRise. MyRise has been host to many unique characters for the last few years, and WWE 2K25 continues this tradition. Past games have given fans original names like Chase, El Ordinario, and Geneva Rose from the said mode. However, even characters like Cole Quinn from older games' MyCareer mode have made their presence felt even in more recent games.
The WWE 2K25 roster has already been revealed, and it boasts over 300 playable characters ranging from legends and current Superstars. Not all of their names have been revealed, but many fans already expect alternate gimmicks to be part of the count. With some characters already having different versions of themselves depending on the year, and Showcase hinting at other unique variants, the list is slated to be the biggest it has ever been for WWE games.

WWE 2K25 fans list down a large number of wrestlers from WWE 2K24 who will not be playable as part of the new game's roster.
According to the latest WWE 2K25 Ringside Report dedicated to MyRise, the mode will introduce a Live Event feature which is another way to earn additional unlockable Superstars, MyFaction cards, and original MyRise characters. The report confirms that Mutiny "Demon" Finn Balor and a 2K25 version of MyRise original Cole Quinn will be available via the said Live Event. Surprisingly, Quinn has become a steady part of the WWE 2K Universe, with his most recent appearance being in WWE 2K24's MyRise's Undisputed story.

Interestingly enough, as the Ringside Report's focus is on MyRise, several new details regarding its direction were revealed. MyRise Mutiny is the official story, and it involves NXT superstars trying to take over WWE. While the announcement of new features like casual attire, personality types, storylines, and multiple endings were part of the deep dive, the screenshots contained in the feature revealed a current Diamond Dallas Page. Page was part of WWE 2K24's WCW DLC pack with his classic look, so the new model comes as a surprise. WWE games Gameplay Designer Cornell Gunter confirmed on Twitter that the character can be unlocked from MyRise.
With WWE 2K25's surprising DLC plans being teased by the development team, it seems the final roster of WWE 2K25 will be something to behold. Many fans are already expecting other MyRise characters to be available to use in other modes since Cole Quinn's announcement. The developers have mentioned that they're pushing the envelope in terms of DLC, although it seems that the team has also tried to go above and beyond by listening to the fans' wishes. The MyRise roster has long been requested by the fans. With it now being a possibility, fans are expecting huge surprises from WWE 2K25.
