Xbox Game Pass for Console is a bit of an odd one, and this membership is not available to new subscribers. Before splitting things into Core, Standard, and Ultimate, Game Pass used a different system, and pretty much every console game was included in one tier. Game Pass for Console is for subscribers who had this membership before the change, and they largely receive the same titles as the Ultimate tier (without having access to PC Game Pass). Honestly, Game Pass for Console is probably the best tier for Xbox-only users, but you either have it or you don't. The membership has many, many open-world games.
