Microsoft has pulled the curtain back on its Xbox Game Pass plans for November 2025, highlighting seven games that will be added as brand-new, day one releases. What's coming to Xbox Game Pass is a little more confusing nowadays with the introduction of the Premium tier, but generally speaking, most day one games are relegated to the Ultimate and PC tiers of the service.

Xbox Game Pass Ultimate has controversially raised its price to $29.99 per month, up from $19.99. This move has understandably been met with considerable backlash, though Microsoft does at least plan on adding more content in an attempt to justify the price hike. There will be more day one games added to Game Pass in 2026 than 2025, and the service has also recently enjoyed an influx of Ubisoft-published games.

Xbox Game Pass Losing At Least 5 Games on November 15

Xbox Game Pass is set to lose at least five titles on November 2025, with one of its newly listed departures being highly unexpected.

The long-term impact of the Game Pass Ultimate price increase is still unknown, but in the meantime, Microsoft will continue adding games to the service. In fact, Microsoft has big plans when it comes to the Xbox Game Pass November 2025 games, confirming seven day one releases along with older titles that will be added in the month ahead. On November 5, Dead Static Drive and Sniper Elite: Resistance are coming to Game Pass, while Egging On and Whiskerwood are coming on November 6. The 1.0 release of Voidtrain will be added on November 7, while Great God Grove, Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris, and Pigeon Simulator will all be added on November 11. Relic Hunters Legend and Winter Burrow will be coming on November 12, and finally, Black Ops 7 will be added on November 14.

Out of all the new games coming to Xbox Game Pass in November 2025, the day one releases are Dead Static Drive, Egging On, Whiskerwood, Voidtrain, Pigeon Simulator, Winter Burrow, and Call of Duty: Black Ops 7. Dead Static Drive is a survival-horror game that has been described as "Grand Theft Chtulhu," while Egging On is a platformer that has players taking on the role of a literal egg. Whiskerwood, meanwhile, is a PC-only release that has players managing a city of mice.

Voidtrain is a co-op survival game that has enjoyed success in early access and could potentially be a hit when it joins Game Pass on November 7. Pigeon Simulator is exactly as its name describes, while Winter Burrow is a cozy survival game about a mouse in the woods.

Black Ops 7 is the headliner when it comes to new day one Xbox Game Pass games for November 2025. Boasting a 4-player co-op campaign, round-based Zombies, and the franchise's signature online multiplayer experience, Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 will no doubt be one of the biggest games added to Game Pass Ultimate all year. Clearly, there's a lot to look forward to in November, and it will be interesting to see if December can come close to matching it.
