2025 is set to be a huge year for Xbox Game Pass, with the release of major first and third-party titles. Some of the most noteworthy examples of games coming to the popular subscription service this year include Atomfall, Doom: The Dark Ages, South of Midnight, The Outer Worlds 2, Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, Avowed, and others.

Now, eXtas1s has revealed (via Insider Gaming) that Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s About Time, Heroes of the Storm, and Madden NFL 25 could be coming to Xbox Game Pass next month. Crash Bandicoot 4 was originally released in 2020, and it will be the latest major title published by Activision to appear in Microsoft’s subscription service if the rumor is correct, while Heroes of the Storm is a PC-only battle arena shooter that was launched in 2015. Finally, Madden NFL 25 was released last year and will enter the service as part of EA Play’s partnership with Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. While exact dates and tiers have not been confirmed by the leaker, it’s possible that these games will only be available in the PC Game Pass and Ultimate tiers.

The addition of Crash Bandicoot 4 to the subscription service makes sense, especially considering how successful the Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy was on Game Pass. When the game entered Game Pass last year, it enjoyed a massive 2,808% player count increase.
Fortunately, subscribers will not have to wait much to get access to new and exciting games. Game Pass still has three day-one releases for January 2025, including Eternal Strands, Sniper Elite: Resistance, and Citizen Sleeper 2: Starward Vector.
Aside from these titles, Xbox Game Pass added two Ultimate and seven Standard games earlier this week. The highest tier of the popular subscription service gained access to Gigantic: Rampage Edition, as well as Starbound.
